COMFORT CLEANSING MOUSSE

The delicate, airy texture of the mousse cleanses the skin of impurities beautifully. It rinses off easily and leaves no feeling of tightness or dryness. A cleanser suitable for all skin types. Already at the cleansing stage, the mousse cares for the skin, moisturising and soothing it and restoring a feeling of freshness.

This cleansing foam contains hyaluronic acid to moisturise and help support skin hydration. Betaine helps retain moisture in skin cells and softens and soothes the skin.

! Not recommended for rosacea-prone skin or skin with an impaired lipid barrier.

Is the mousse suitable for all skin types? Are there any restrictions on use?

The mousse contains surfactants that lower surface tension and ensure thorough cleansing – especially for oily skin or in summer.

At the same time, in winter or when the skin’s hydrolipid barrier is impaired, surfactants can cause itching and redness. In addition to an impaired hydrolipid barrier, rosacea-prone skin is also characterised by increased vascular reactivity, so foaming cleansers containing surfactants are not recommended.

Therefore, for rosacea-prone skin and for the care of skin with an impaired lipid barrier in winter, P173 Calming Milk is a better choice than P172 Comfort Cleansing Mousse.

BETAINE is an excellent osmoprotectant and catalyst of many chemical processes occurring in the skin. It regulates the concentration and balance of salts in skin cells, retains water molecules in them and strengthens cell walls, preserving moisture inside the cell. Betaine protects skin cells against high temperatures and its presence significantly reduces the risk of abnormal DNA mutations. Thanks to its excellent soothing and calming properties, betaine speeds up the healing of minor skin injuries and soothes the irritating effects of fruit acids and surfactants on the skin.

HYALURONIC ACID has a remarkable ability to bind and retain 200-500 molecules of water by hydrogen bonding. The small size of the molecule allows hyaluronic acid to penetrate into the deeper layers of the epidermis – this creates a stimulating effect on the basal layer of the epidermis and affects the dermal matrix. Low-molecular form of hyaluronic acid affects the expression of many genes, including those responsible for differentiation of keratinocytes, and induces fibroblast to synthesize new intercellular compounds, production of which decreases with age, first of all it is collagen type 1 and own hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid helps to protect cells from free-radical damage.

Apply the mousse on wet skin with light massage movements. Rinse with water. Use it twice a day in home care to clean face and neck skin. Finish the purification procedure with a toner.
