Fractional mesotherapy is an effective in-clinic treatment for deep skin renewal and rejuvenation using a Dermapen. Treatment protocol with the Dermapen:

1. Cleansing and skin preparation: Gentle cleansing with Comfort Cleansing Mousse, pH restoration with Calming Tonic and gentle exfoliation with the Soft-Peeling Enzyme Mask for better penetration of the active ingredients.
2. Fractional mesotherapy. Before starting work with the Dermapen, the skin must be treated with an alcohol-free antiseptic. Vascular stage: treat the paravertebral zones with DRAIN+ to activate lymphatic flow and prepare the tissues. Application of the meso-cocktail according to the skin’s needs: work zone by zone with the Dermapen (needle depth 0.25–1 mm) using the selected meso-cocktail, applying a linear or spiral technique or stamping. In the periorbital area, where dark circles are present, it is recommended to combine the draining and brightening cocktails in a 1:1 ratio. Once work with the Dermapen is complete, treat the skin again with an alcohol-free antiseptic.
3. Active mask and eye-area care – intensive replenishment and soothing: Apply the Ultra Cool Eye Gel cooling gel patches, which help reduce the look of puffiness, and the Hydra-Help Mask for maximum hydration, for 15–20 minutes.
4. Finishing cream: Complete the treatment with the Cream-Protector SPF30 sun protection cream.
